退款與退貨政策

1. Delivery Area 配送範圍

We currently provide delivery services within Taoyuan City only. Orders with delivery addresses outside Taoyuan will not be accepted.

本公司目前僅提供桃園市地區配送服務, 其他縣市恕不提供配送。

2. Third-Party Delivery Service 第三方物流說明

All deliveries are fulfilled via Lalamove (car or motorcycle service). Once the order is handed over to the delivery driver, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

本公司所有配送皆透過 Lalamove(汽車或機車)進行。 當商品交付予配送司機後, 商品之風險即轉移予顧客。

3. Delivery Time 配送時間說明

Requested delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Traffic conditions, weather, and logistics factors may affect actual delivery time.

顧客指定之配送時間為預估時間, 實際到貨時間可能因交通、天氣或物流狀況有所調整。

4. Perishable Goods 易腐商品說明

Fresh flowers and plants are perishable goods. According to Taiwan Consumer Protection regulations, perishable goods are exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period.

鮮花與植物屬於易腐商品, 依消費者保護法規定,不適用7日鑑賞期。

5. Custom Orders 客製商品

Customized floral arrangements, personalized items, and made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

客製花禮、專屬訂製商品及依需求製作之商品, 恕不接受退貨或退款。

6. Natural Variations 自然差異說明

Flowers are natural products. Slight variations in color, size, and bloom condition are normal and do not qualify as defects.

花材為天然植物, 顏色、尺寸、開花程度可能略有差異, 此屬自然現象,非瑕疵範圍。

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items 商品瑕疵或錯誤

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

若收到商品有明顯損壞或品項錯誤, 請於收貨24小時內提供照片與訂單資訊與我們聯繫, 經確認後將提供補寄或退款處理。

8. Incorrect Address or Refusal 地址錯誤或拒收

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, refunds will not be issued.

顧客應確保填寫正確配送資訊。 若因地址錯誤、無人接聽或拒收導致配送失敗, 恕不退款。

9. Order Cancellation 訂單取消

Once the order has been prepared or dispatched via Lalamove, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

訂單一經製作完成或交由 Lalamove 配送後, 恕不接受取消或退款。

10. Holiday & Peak Season 節日與高峰期間

During peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), delivery delays caused by logistics providers are beyond our control and are not grounds for refund.

於情人節、母親節等高峰期間, 若因物流繁忙造成延遲,恕無法作為退款理由。

11. Shipping Fees 運費說明

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

除因本公司錯誤造成退貨外, 運費恕不退還。

12. Refund Process 退款流程

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

經確認符合退款條件後, 將於7–14個工作天內退回原付款方式。

13. Force Majeure 不可抗力條款

ReRealm Florist shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, typhoons, earthquakes, floods, fires, pandemics, government actions, or transportation disruptions.

本公司對於因不可抗力因素所導致之延遲出貨或無法履行訂單, 包括但不限於颱風、地震、水災、疫情、政府命令或交通中斷等, 不負法律責任。
